About Me. I am licensed by the
state of South Carolina as a Professional
Counselor. I have experience in psychotherapeutic
treatment of individuals, couples and groups. My
areas of specialization include mood
disorders i.e., depression; anxiety disorders , i.e.,
generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive
disorder, specific phobias, and post traumatic
stress disorder. I also see couples who present
with difficulty in relationship issues.
Qualifications. I received my Masters Degree in Psychology from The Citadel, in Charleston SC, and my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of South Carolina at Coastal.
My Practice. My office is at 1002 Anna Knapp Blvd. Suite 203 in Mount Pleasant, where my colleagues include three other therapists. I practiced at College of Charleston's Counseling and Substance Abuse Services for eight years before moving to full time private practice a decade ago.
